What do I need to do to create a shop?
It’s easy to set up a shop on MallCart. Create an MallCart account (if you don’t already have one), set your shop location and currency, choose a shop name, create a listing, set a payment method (how you want to be paid), and finally set a billing method (how you want to pay your MallCart fee).

Yes, pre-loved items are welcome as long as they are clean, in good condition, and clearly described in your listing.
How do I get paid?
If you accept payments with PayPal, funds from PayPal sales on MallCart will be deposited into your PayPal account. We encourage sellers to use a PayPal Business account and not a Personal account, as personal accounts are subject to monthly receiving limits and cannot accept payments from buyers that are funded by a credit card. Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, your funds will be processed and sent to your registered payment method (bank or wallet) as per our payout schedule. Usually daily.
Do I need a credit or debit card to create a shop?
No, a credit or debit card is not required to create a shop. To be verified as a seller you have the choice to use either a credit card or to register via PayPal. You will not incur any charges until you open your shop and sell your product. Listing items is free.
How do I add products?
From your Seller Dashboard, you can easily upload product details, images, pricing, and set stock levels. We also support bulk uploads and CSV imports for larger inventories.
Can I customise my storefront?
Yes! Every seller gets their own storefront where you can display your logo, banner, and business bio. It’s your space to build a brand and attract repeat buyers.
Who handles shipping?
You handle shipping yourself. We are working to launch integrated shipping partners very soon. Sellers are responsible for dispatching orders within the time frame they set. You can set your own shipping fees or offer free delivery.
How do I handle returns or disputes?
MallCart has a clear returns and dispute resolution process to protect both buyers and sellers. You’ll be notified if a return or complaint is filed, and we’ll help mediate where necessary.
Is there a minimum number of products I need to list?
No, there’s no minimum. You can list a single product or hundreds—it’s completely up to you.
What happens if I don’t sell anything?
Nothing at all. Since there are no listing fees, you won’t be charged unless you make a sale. Your account stays active and you can update your listings at any time.
